Sing, Dance & Play is a joyful movement and music program grounded in the principles of Educational Kinesiology. Through rhythm, sound, song, and playful movement patterns, children are supported to naturally develop body awareness, emotional regulation, and neurological foundations that underpin learning and wellbeing.

The program is designed to support families from early postpartum through the early childhood years. Pre- and post-partum mums and bubs sessions offer a gentle, nurturing space where caregivers can bond with their babies through voice, rhythm, movement, and sensory-rich play.

These sessions support early nervous system regulation, attachment, and embodied connection, while also providing a calm and supportive environment for parents during a deeply transitional time.

For older children, classes are thoughtfully structured into age-appropriate groups:

- 2–3+ years

- 4–5 years

There is flexibility for children aged 3+ to join either group, depending on their individual development and parental preference. Siblings are warmly welcomed, creating a relaxed and inclusive experience for families.

Across all groups, sessions support:

- Body awareness

- Coordination and balance

- Crossing the midline

- Rhythm and timing

- Sensory integration

- Confidence, emotional regulation, and social connection

Designed for babies, toddlers, and kinder-aged children, Sing, Dance & Play offers a nurturing, supportive space for parents, carers, and children to learn, bond, and grow together — all through sound, movement, and play.
